Product Return Policy

At Fashion Buzz, we strive to provide you with the highest quality products. If you receive a damaged item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return process.

What to do if you receive a damaged product:

  • Take photos of the damaged product and packaging.

  • We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions to return the damaged item.

What happens after you return a damaged product:

  • Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to verify the damage.
  • If the damage is confirmed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
  • In some cases, we may offer a replacement product, depending on availability.

Exceptions:

  • Damage caused by mishandling after delivery is not covered by this policy.
  • For items with visible signs of wear and tear, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
